Which Airport Parking Lot is Right for You?

You’ve crossed off everything on your last minute to-do list before loading your luggage into your car and driving to the airport. You’re probably wondering if you remembered to pack your toothbrush right as you roll up to the airport signs directing you to the Economy Lot, Long-Term Parking, Short-Term Parking, etc. Not sure which lot is right for you? Here’s how to know before you go.

Economy Lot – Save on airport parking, spend on your vacation!

Everyone loves a good deal and at $6 per day, the Economy Lot is definitely a good deal. Simply park in any of the 2,350 spaces in the Economy Lot and take the DAYrider courtesy shuttle right to the terminal.

Garage – Airport parking doesn’t get closer than this!

Nothing beats parking right where you need to be and you can’t get any closer than the garage, which is steps away from the terminal. Garage parking on levels 2 and 3 is available starting at $3 per each half hour with a daily maximum charge of $22. The best part is that you can reserve your spot online in advance!

Long Term Lot – When you’re in it for a longer stretch!

When you know you’ll be spending time at the airport for a meeting, event, or other business, the Long Term Lot is for you. Starting at $2 for each hour, this lot tops out at a daily maximum of $12. Walk to the terminal through the garage or use the convenient DAYrider courtesy shuttle.

Short Term Park & Walk Lot – Thanks for dropping by!

Right next to the terminal is the Short Term, Park & Walk Lot, which is perfect for when you need to run into the airport for a brief time – in fact, the first 30 minutes in your spot is free. Each half-hour after this is just $3 with a daily maximum charge of $15. The best part is that there’s no need to hold on to a ticket. Just swipe your credit card when you enter the lot and swipe the same one when you’re ready to leave.

Cell Phone Lot – Hold, please…

If you have someone picking you up after your trip, they can wait in the Cell Phone lot. This lot is totally free and offers free wi-fi as well as a handy Flight Information Screen so that they can keep an eye on arrivals while they wait for your call.

No matter which parking lot you choose, the airport’s parking attendants are there for you to ensure you and your vehicle are taken care of while you’re away. In fact, if you get back to your car and realize you’re out of gas, have a flat, or need a jump, the airport’s friendly parking staff will be happy to assist. They’ve even been known to carry umbrellas to shield passengers from the rain, help push strollers, keep walkways clear from snow, and any number of other helpful tasks to make the start and end of your trip a little easier. Just call 937-898-1555 for prompt and courteous service.

Park on-airport once and you’ll definitely want to park there each and every time you fly. Luckily, there’s DAYperks, an easy-to-use loyalty program where you can automatically earn one point for every dollar you spend on paid parking.
